How it Works

You Pack Them

  • Register your details on our specialist online ordering software
  • We'll send out free barcodes to label your boxes and can request archive boxes (if you need them)
  • Label your archive boxes with the barcodes and they'll be ready for our drivers to collect

Arranging a Collection

  • Enter your collection address details on our web ordering platform
  • Our operations team will be notified of your collection request
  • Your boxes will be allocated to one of our vetted drivers

We Pick Them Up

  • A driver will pick up your Essential Archive Boxes from your office
  • Your GPS tracked boxes will be relocated to one of our secure storage facility
  • Your boxes are scanned upon arrival, and stored away until you next request it to be retrieved
We Bring Them Back

  • Search for your box on our specialist online ordering software using the box information you registered
  • Our dedicated warehouse team will retrieve your boxes from our storage facility and prepare them for delivery
  • One of our vetted drivers will deliver your boxes back to your office

Yes. We have three standard reinforced boxes of different sizes to suit A4 paper, lever arch files and oversized document types.

Q. What does it cost to store a box for a year?>

Like with any form of storage, pricing is dependent on the total quantity of space used. We calculate this by cubic feet and offer competitive rates for both small and large requirements. Get in touch for a competitive document storage quote today.

Q. How do I send my items to storage with you?>

Process your order online and we’ll come and collect them the next working day, directly from your office.

Q. What is your coverage area?

We service businesses in London and the south of the UK. , our London facility is just 10 minutes from The City

Q. Is confidentiality ensured? How?

Yes – our staff sign confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements and never look inside your boxes unless given written permission to do so. Further, the unique barcode number is all we need for tracking, so details of box contents don’t need to be written on the box.
