Can I store my own boxes? +
- You sure can! Yes we can give you boxes to store in, but if you already have some - use them. To do so, go to create an account. You'll be prompted with how many of your own boxes you would like to use. So just fill it in accordingly!

Where are your storage facilities? +
- Our secure storage sites are strategically located in London and Swindon to ensure easy access and optimal security.

How much do deliveries/collections cost? +
- Deliveries and collections cost the same amount. There is a delivery/collection fee of £12.50, plus, each box ordered to be delivered/collected is £0.80. That's it. Oh, and your first collection is free!

Can I cancel anytime? +
- Almost! There is a minimum storage period of 3 months. Thereafter, just provide us 30 days notice to cancel the contract.

Can I change plans at any time? +
- Your storage plan will automatically change depending on the number of boxes you store.

Are you an accredited supplier? +
- Yes! We manage over a million boxes for clients of all sizes and hold ISO certifications: 9001, 14001, 22301, and 27001.

Are your facilities secure? +
- Our facilities are repurposed ex-Ministry of Defence bombproof compounds, equipped with 24/7 CCTV surveillance, security personnel, and perimeter fencing.

Is there an exit fee? +
- Unlike most companies in the records management industry, there are no exit-fees with the Essential service. That means no termination charges, no permanent withdrawal fees or long-term renewal dates.
